An event that savors the best of Mexican cuisine, and tugs at foodie’s belly delights!
The General Consul Carlos Garcia de Alba announced that the VI World Forum of Mexican Gastronomy, (FMGM), will take place on August 16 to 19, 2018, in the Museum of Latin American Art (MOLAA) in the city of Long Beach, California. The purpose of this annually international event is to recognize the Mexican cuisine as an intangible heritage of humanity by UNESCO.
“We have worked on an intense program linked to this important event that would include: academic activities, gastronomic carousels, business meetings, traditional cookers and chefs, and so many other cultural manifestations related to gastronomy and food,” said a representative for the Mexican General Consul.
