NALIP 2012: Diverse Voices, Universal Content Conference April 13-14, 2012


Los Angeles, CA — The National Association of Latino Independent Producers has invited 33 filmmakers to participate in the 2012 Latino Media Market (LMM) meetings during NALIP 2012: Diverse Voices, Universal Content national conference in Universal City, California, April 13-14, 2012. Out of a competitive pool of applicants, producers were selected to take meetings with executives and funders in the following categories: Low Budget Features in Development, Documentaries in Progress, and Non-Scripted TV Concepts.

Sponsored by the NEAthe Latino Media Market™ is an executive meeting series for select projects to have scheduled pitches, presentations and meetings with industry executives, funders, distributors, commissioning editors, representatives, and potential partners. This year, LMM Fellows will have the opportunity to pitch representatives of such companies and organizations as 3 Arts Entertainment, AJK Films, AMC Independent, BET Networks, Cima Productions, Cinema Libre Studio, Cortez Brothers, HBO, High Noon Entertainment, ITVS, KCET, LPB, Mandt Brothers Productions, Mun2, National Geographic – All Roads Film Project, New Video, NuvoTV, Pantelion Films, POV, PBS, R-Caro Productions, the Sundance Documentary Fund and Feature Film Program, Tribeca Film Institute, WME, and many more!
