UnivisionFarmacia Adds Rite Aid to its Pharmacy Network

New York — Univision Enterprises, in partnership with EnvisionRxOptions and HolaDoctor, announced that Rite Aid, one of the nation’s leading drugstore chains, has been added to the pharmacy network for UnivisionFarmacia, the leading prescription discount program for Hispanics. Effective immediately, all Rite Aid stores nationwide will accept the UnivisionFarmacia card which provides prescription discounts to members of the program.

UnivisionFarmacia’s network now includes over 32,000 participating pharmacies nationwide, all delivering the same low price for medications. Members of the UnivisionFarmacia program, receive discounts of up to 85 percent on generic medications with an average savings of 40 percent across brand and generic drugs combined. The program has already saved participants more than $600,000 on their prescriptions from the cost that would normally have been charged by the pharmacies.
