Molen succeeds Maelia Macin, who is leaving the Company after 20 years to relocate to Houston, TX and spend more time with her family.

Browning, who is based in New York, will assume his new responsibilities effective immediately and will report to Laura Molen, EVP, Network Sales. Last August, Browning was named senior vice president of News Sales and Strategy. He will retain those duties in addition to his new post where he will help lead a national team of sales professionals developing innovative advertising and marketing solutions for the Univision, TeleFutura and Galavisión networks.
