Third-Annual Awards Show To Be Televised on REVOLT TV 11/25 at 8pm ET
New York, NY – LaLa Anthony has been tapped to be the official host of the REVOLT TV and the Global Spin Awards (GSA), an award show that honors the most dynamic and talented DJ’s around the world, both past and present. The 2014 Global Spin Awards will take place on November 18, 2014 at the New World Stages theatre in New York City, airing on REVOLT TV on November 25, 2015 at 8pm ET. There will be special performance by GRAMMY® award winner Ne-Yo and appearances by Sean “Diddy” Combs and Funk Master Flex
Anthony is best known for her television career as a veejay on Direct Effect, Total Request Live, Charmed School, her popular reality show LaLa’s Full Court Life, and her most recent film and television roles including Think Like a Man Too, Law & Order: SVU and Power. LaLa began her career in radio as a disc jockey in Washington, DC and Los Angeles, CA.
REVOLT viewers have much to look forward to LaLa hosting the awards show. LaLa previously marked the launch of REVOLT in 2013 when the she joined Sean “Diddy” Combs on the steps of Notorious BIG’s childhood home with Diddy discussing why he launched the network, which he then dedicated to the memory of Notorious BIG.
