Rosie Ferdin Cruz

“During the past decade, I’ve invested thousands of dollars traveling south for training and work only available in Hollywood,” said Cruz, a film and TV actress (A Normal Life, Oksana) and TV (NBC’s Trauma). “Through my experience, I have accumulated priceless resources and met many actors like me who do the commute; We all have similar goals, to get more work and to live in the bay. I thought, San Francisco Bay Area Actors could benefit being so close to Los Angeles, and with community members like me sharing resources, maybe our energy can be utilized towards our art and not towards the commute and like that The Actor’s Conference was born.”

Cruz, added that The Actor’s Conference is a must-attend acting training event because, “There is such a large talent base here in the Bay Area. There is more filming coming to our area.”
