Award-winning, multi-talented entertainer Rick Najera kicked off his new Blog Talk Radio Show, Almost White with co-host producer/performer Rafael Agustin. The show made its debut as part of the newly formed Tavis Smiley Network, Smart Talk Online, on Blog Talk Radio.
The first LIVE show will take place Tuesday, July 9 at 3 PM (Pacific).
Named after his soon-to-be released book, Almost White, Forced Confessions of a Latino in Hollywood, the new radio show tackles topical news and entertainment with a satirical, ironic and humorous twist.
The first show covers 2013 in review to date, plus Paula Deen, a Latino Pope and other crazy things.
The first show which premiered on June 25, 2013 (prerecorded) has already garnered 34,650 listeners to date.
