Puerto Rico has a new film commissioner Demetrio Fernandez. He is motivated and they have introduced additional tax incentives. For those of you who are going to the International Film Festival in Guadalajara, Mexico,March 1 to 9, 2013, he will be there and is anxious to meet filmmakers.
