Netflix’s Original Series Premieres February 20th
Jake Brennan & Jenna Ortega, stars of “Richie Rich”

Jenna Ortega is one busy pint-sized actress working steadily since coming to our attention in 2012 when she was cast as a series regular on CBS TV sitcom Rob starring Rob Schneider. Fast forward to 2014 and Little Jenna is everywhere. We know her as the Young Jane in the CW’s Jane The Virgin, where her presence is as strong as the big Jane, Gina Rodriguez. Jenna also just completed working on The Librarian, a Juan Feldman and Joel Silverman film that stars Marcia Gay Harden. And as if that weren’t enough, starting on February 20th she co-stars in Netflix’s original series, Richie Rich, as Darcy, best friend to Richie, played by Jake Brennan.
Darcy is part of a stellar kid ensemble who are part of Richie Rich’s escapades after the normal kid makes a boat load of money, like a trillion dollars after selling one of his crazy inventions that involves a lot of vegetables. Mr. Trillionaire Richie moves his father and his sister into his newly built mansion. He also shares his success with his two best friends, Darcy and Murray.

Jenna is a California native, born in the Coachella Valley and started acting when she was 8 1/2 years old. Since then she has racked up impressive TV credits: CSI: NY, Days of Our Lives, The Little Rascals Save The Day, co-starred with Greg Kinnear in Rake. Jenna has also co-starred in two films: Insidious: Chapter2 and Iron Man 3. The little movie-star has also sharpened her comedic skills as the character of Know It All Nina in ongoing shorts for Awesomeness TV.
