WHO: Padres Contra El Cancer will host its 6th Annual ‘Stand for Hope!’ 5K Charity Run/Walk. Participants are encouraged to dress up as their favorite Superhero and stand with PADRES in the fight against cancer. The event will include a timed run, a family friendly walk, finish line festival and prizes.
Serving as MC’s will be the four four dynamic Latina Hosts of CBS2/KCAL9’s HOLA LA!: Bel Hernandez Castillo, CEO & President/Publisher of Latin Heat, a print and online magazine; actress/comedienne Dyana Ortelli (Curb Your Enthusiasm); actress/green gal Kikey Castillo, and Emmy winning journalist Naibe Reynoso-Hodsden. The ladies will be on stage reporting all the 5K happenings in real time.

WHAT: ‘Stand For Hope!’ 5K Charity Run/Walk. PADRES Contra El Cáncer will host its 5K Run/Walk to raise money to continue providing support programs and services to families whose children have been diagnosed with cancer, at pediatric cancer centers throughout California, South Florida, New York City and Las Vegas, NV. Among the thousands of participants will be pediatric cancer patients; extended family members; Doctors; Nurses; Volunteers and Special Celebrity Guests.
